The Glashow S1 features a removable battery, allowing for charging both on-board and off-board. If you ride the scooter for 1-2 miles daily, charging it once per week should be adequate. A full charge from 0% to 100% takes 8-13 hours. What's the weight of the mobility scooter? Is the Glashow S1 collapsible? The scooter weighs 97 lbs, including the battery. When folded with the battery removed, the heaviest piece (scooter body) is 58.4 lbs. The seat, battery and front basket are detachable, and the tiller easily folds down. What type of tires are on the scooter? The scooter features pneumatic tires to provide a softer ride. For the best riding experience, we recommend inflating the tires every 3-5 months. The suggested pressure is 45 kPa for the front tires and 40 kPa for the rear tires. What kind of seat does the scooter have? For comfortable onboarding, the Glashow S1 features a soft padded swivel seat with adjustable height. The seat’s armrests are raisable and can be adjusted by width. The seat measures 15.75 inches in width and 13.78 inches in depth. Is it possible to bring the scooter on an aircraft? Due to its battery capacity, which is optimised for extended range, most commercial airlines prohibit its carriage onboard.
