RAD was the original aftermarket handlebar company back when Razor foldables were as professional as it got. The Phoenix bar's tubes are lightweight with a wall thickness of 0.058 throughout. This provides strength similar to their Crowbar, but is much lighter. All their bars are made of 4130 chromoly, sourced from American mills and crafted by riders in America.
The Skinny model refers to it's skinnier crossbar.
