Scooter is very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was where the item was shipped from. Thought it was New York but ended up coming from California which made the delivery date longer than I expected.Scooter was easy to put together and rides very well. My daughter loves the lights on the wheels. Only issue my 9yr old had was putting the kickstand back up - it takes quite a bit of effort for her. Otherwise, it’s easy to handle, sturdy and she loves riding it!First off, it’s a very light and durable scooter. My 5 yr old was able to make the transition from a 3 wheel scooter very easily and it is very easy to fold up and throw in the car. The only things that I dislike about it (but doesn’t interfere with the fun) is that the handles are a very soft foam so after two days of use they are already stating to tear (not a big deal, I’ll just order rubber grips) and the other is that the buttons to bring the handlebars up and down are located on the front of he bar instead of the inside so I personally think it takes away from the looks of the scooter. I would’ve left the negatives out because it is a wonderful scooter-especially for the price but I thought someone might want to know. I comparison to a razor scooter it is definitely lighter, the area for standing is wider which seems to add a smoother more stable ride, and the wheels are just slightly softer so it will roll over uneven surfaces and rocks a little better. Would definitely recommend!Our 7 year old daughter lives this scooter. Very sturdy and safe. Easy to fold and unfold. Very fast and the brake works great. Definitely recommend!Based off of the reviews, i thought this would be a much better built scooter. Its pretty janky. The handles are not super secure with the base, it wobbles a little ... If i had known it wasn't as sturdy as a razor scooter, i would've just bought a new one of those. This will do for my daughter since she is not as rough on things as my son, but i would DEFINITELY not buy it for a rough boy.Good BuyMy 6 year old loved it! We couldn't wait till Christmas to give it to her, She is around 38 or 40" tall and She is already using it at max height capacity, My 9 year old also wants one now, because she loved her sister's so much, BUT!! She is 56" Tall and is already too short for her ??, I wish they made one with the same quality, but for youths. Other than that, My 6 year old, loves everything about it, We all do!P.S. The age reference for the product, will depend on your child's height, So take the maximum height under consideration before buying.This scooter arrived as described and is just right for our 6 year old daughter, and should last her a few years at least. The construction appears solid, the little kickstand works well and the light up wheels are rather faint unless at night, but it all works fine and my daughter was happy with the look.good product but more suited to a 4 or 5 year oldI had hoped the scooter would be of a better quality.
