Bought this for my sons Birthday. He loves it. The battery doesn’t last very long but long enough. With in the first 10 min of taking it out of the box one of the light covers snapped off. He didn’t hit anything with it or run into anything to make it fall off just broke. Thinking it was already cracked and moving it flew off.I purchase this for my 10 year old granddaughter.She charged it immediately and is having a ball inside and out. It’s a very nice unit but I do have to state, that one screw had fallen out and the others were all loose. Luckily, we saw the screw on the floor which prompted us to check everything. Please check all the screws and maintenance of this product prior to useAfter the first day we had several chipped spots on it. It is still rideable, but makes me feel like it is just a matter of time until it is done for good.I bought 3 nearly identical hoverboards. 2 from a different seller. The other two included a very nice form fitting carrying bag and this one did not. Also, the charger on this uses a specialty 3 prong plug that can only be inserted one way. I feel that if we aren't careful it is going to break. The charger also feels lighter weight and cheaply made. It doesn't appear that the LED changes color like the other 2 to indicate a full charge. Other than the charger and missing bag, it appears to be identical to the other 2. It operates and rides fine.The item came chipped/damaged. I think it still works. I got it for my nephews birthday and it’ll be too much of a hassle to return. Not sure if they sent me a new one or a used one!We bought a purple one for our granddaughter in August and our grandson asked if we would get him one for his birthday in October. We were hesitant being that he was turning five. He said he wanted the blue one and asked several times if we would get it. We did and were amazed how well he could do it. Actually better then his older sister. It arrived on time and we were very pleased how cool the lights were on it.We would buy it again:)We're the cool GrandparentsIt got hit and a piece broke.
