Ordered yesterday and got it today, and no hassle of assembling it. Its foldable and adjustable, so easy to pack and put in any vehicle. Also easy to carry, so far my daugther is learning and trying to get used to.I Purchased this scooter for my 10 year old daughter, she weighs 130 lbs, a little overweight So unfortunately Traditional kids scooters Will not work for her. The last one the wheels actually broke off.I decided on this scooter because it was the most affordable I could find With big wheels, the best reviews and with An adjustable up/ down handle bar function. (Which is easy to do)Right out of the box I was impressed by its quality. it has a solid, durable and strong build (especially the wheels)I really do like the scooter, and so does my daughter. The brakes are powerful! The front brake especially! The back brake is very easy to use with just a light press of your foot it slows you down gradually, whereas the top break is in an immediate strong stop!It folds up very compact and effortlessly. Love the space saving option..most importantly I feel safe with my daughter riding it And sure I will get many years of use out of It. totally worth the money!I used the scooter less than a dozen times before the quick release bolt to fold it up bent. The scooter was great before that happened.Update: the company reached out to me and was able to issue a refund. I appreciate that and I am adding 2 stars for good customer service.I liked using it so far. it seems like good material and good design at fair priceBought this and the "Bounce" brand. If I had bought only this, I would have thought it ok, but the comparison made this look very cheap, especially considering that the price point on the two are similar.Footplate on this much shorter and weird shape. All metalwork looks cheap with harshly cut edges. The grip sticker on this was slapped on poorly with lots of bubbles. Handlebars on Bounce were one piece powder-coated while these were odd 3-piece and just plain metal. These were snap in place while the others were bolted in. Frame on this was chinzy in comparison.Really, no comparison - I would not choose this one again. Bought for Angel Tree gift and will have to go for younger child so that she won't think Santa was cheap because 10 or older would not be impressed.Bought this to company to my 4 year old when he is on his bike as am not able run with him. This really fun and love to go ride with my kid. Quality time . Instructions would have been better.My daughter loved this scooter, and I wanted to love it too. Unfortunately the front wheel broke off within 3 weeks of occasional use. It wasn't fixable, and I unfortunately missed the return window so I'm stuck with it.**Update: The company reached out to me. Their products have a 1 year warranty and they worked with me to rectify the situation. This seller stands behind their products!I really love my scooter because it is safe a durable. This company also has great customer service. I had an issue and it was resolved quickly.
