The fact that it lights up is cool to see at night. Great scooter for kids up until like 5 depending on how tall they are.This is a great first scooter for my children, it does not turn that well but it is very stable and feels very durable. This is very safe feeling and I like that there are no sharp edges. This is easy to store and she has been very happy with this as she is not quite ready for a "normal" scooter yet.The scooter is great, but I almost had to tell my kids they weren’t going to be able to use it.The one bolt that goes through the top just wouldn’t catch. I seriously sat there for an hour trying everything. I’m quite handy and follow instructions very well. I tried every each way and nothing I could do would get that bolt to start threading. I tried using a drill, I tried looking to see if I had another bolt that was longer. My last resort before tossing it, was take a hammer to the handle. That did it. I have the handle a couple of hits, then took the drill and the bolt finally threaded. I tightened the bolt nice and tight and after an hour we were able to take it outside for a ride. This should have been a 2 minute install, but something wasn’t right. I have a feeling the plastic tabs inside were too long, or the metal tubing was sitting too low for the bolt to fully reach. Now I know in the instructions they state if you can’t get the bolt in, you’ve got it in the wrong way. Trust me, I tried both ways thinking maybe I’ve lost it. But nothing would get that bolt to thread until I hit the handle with a hammer a few times. So if you run into this problem, give that a try.As for the ride, my kids caught on very quick for their first scooters. They were on their way and they even noticed the lights in the wheels. They did have some issues trying to understand the steering. But they’ll figure it out eventually. The scooter seems very sturdy and well made. The brake works great. Stops the scooter immediately. No complaints other than the installation of the handles. If it were anyone else, this probably would have been returned. I’m determined to figure things out though and I’m glad I did.We have a 3 year old grand daughter who spent some of her indoor spring time rolling around with this scooter on our hardwood. The tires offer a fine grip to the hardwood to be safe (not slide out sideways) and provide enough flexibility to also not damage the flooring. The design is rounded and has child safety in mind at all angles.We now have moved this ride on toy out to the garage since summer is well upon us, and she rolls around in our asphalt driveway on the scooter with no issues. This is a fun and activity increasing toy for your small children. I like toys that are educational or that entice the child to be more active. This is good for exercise and balance while being fun and rewarding for the child. If this broke or otherwise went away, I would replace it with like. I do recommend it!Nice scooter the three wheels are a big plus for my granddaughter love the colors and the fact that it fold’s up and fits right under the bedMy newly 4 year old son absolutely loves this thing. The handle is height adjustable so it will grow with him. The light-up wheels make this really fun for him to ride at dusk after his baby sister goes to bed. The wheels are very smooth, and he's getting the hang of using the break and stearling. He is absolutely obsessed with this.Great quality scooter! My son loves it! He is almost 4 years old and as of now we have the handle all the way down and it fits him perfectly. He should be able to grow with it for a while since the handle bar has several adjustments for height. He hasn’t quite got the hang of turning yet which may take a while since you have to lean it to turn which is a bit difficult at his age. I love how sturdy it is for children learning to balance. High quality product and I would recommend!This scooter is great. I even ride it evn though it's for my kids. But it steers easily and very hard to actually crash it. Very well made
